Under “Select the Years to Display”, select the last four years (WITHOUT the current year).
Tip: Use the shift key to select a rage of multiple years.
Under “Enter a Commodity Number”, enter your commodity code from Step 1.
Example: From my 3CE search, I would enter commodity code 080212.
Check “Display All Countries Separately” and click on “Proceed To Next Step”.
